Faces in the Crowd – Fabio Bittencourt Daniel

Securing a new position at Mexican software company Plenumsoft as the Director of Consulting and Technology Services, Fabio Bittencourt Daniel continues his dedicated focus on the nearshore services industry.

Fabio has more than 20 years of experience with the transformation and expansion of IT services and outsourcing companies in the region, and has held different CXO positions at global and regional companies, such as regional CEO of Wipro, Softtek, and Latincomex, COO at Softtek, and CIO at TMM.

Now based in Merida, Fabio will initially be responsible for the transformation and expansion of Grupo Plenum in the IT Consulting and Services Area in North America, including the creation of an innovative model of talent generation and the creation of a mega technology center in Yucatan.
