Faces in the Crowd – Gabriela Franchetto

An experienced systems engineer and an expert in educational matters, Gabriela Franchetto heads Globant‘s Equipo 14 (Team 14), which coordinates culture for the organization.

After spending 11 years at Google, Gabriela headed to Globant to take care of the organizational culture, where she helped with the company’s implementation and creation of StarMeUp, a kind of modernized internal intranet modeled after social media platforms.

Gabriela enjoys skiing and golf, but, as an ex member of Argentina’s national Synchronized Swimming team, her reputation in the water is well-known. She has also been a FINA Judge in the South American Games, Pan American Games, World competitions, and Pre Olympic Games.
