Faces in the Crowd – Humberto Andrade

Heralding from Brazil, Humberto Andrade’s career in BPO has been a prolific one, resulting in him settling in the United States.
From Head of Sales and Client Services for Infosys in Latin America, he then moved on to become Geo Head for Latin America at the same firm. After that, he moved to Capgemini to become Vice President, Consumer Products/Retail/Distribution BPO in the Americas.
Today, he is the Managing Director of Accenture Operations for the retail and BPO industries in North America.
Having lived in New Hampshire and Florida, Humberto has now settled in Boston, where he enjoys the beautiful seasonal climate and partakes in golf, squash, and cycling.
