A recognized expert in both the CRM and ARM industries, Katia Acciarresi is the newly appointed Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Gatestone BPO, where she is currently responsible for the development of customer-centric solutions.

Katia possesses extensive BPO experience as a demonstrated leader in the call center industry, in which she has worked for the last twenty-five years in markets across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Asia.

Now based in Toronto, Katia was a student of Business Marketing & Human Resources at The University of British Columbia, and holds further experience in roles such as COO at Canadian Lending Solutions and SVO at NCO Group.
