Matt KendallBased in Tampa Bay, Florida, Monica Hernandez has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry, and is the Founder and CEO of MAS Global Consulting, a certified Women Business Enterprise that serves North America with custom software development.
As a consultant and technical manager for Oracle North America Consulting, Monica also worked in consulting for around six years with global customers in the US and Europe.
Growing up in South America and being educated in the US positioned Monica to understand US business needs and leverage her first-hand knowledge of the Latin American environment and talent network.
