With more than two decades of experience in the BPO space, Stephen Ferber is a knowledgeable figure in the industry and is currently the CEO & Founder of Golden Gate BPO Solutions.
With Stephen at the helm, Golden Gate has established customer engagement centers in the Dominican Republic, Belize, Jamaica, and the Philippines, as well as the company headquarters in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. These Nearshore centers offer a mix of multi-lingual voice, email, web chat, social media, back-office, online help desk, and automated support.
Stephen is also a Senior Adviser at Cross Keys Capital and previously held a number of positions at various Alorica locations in the US.
