Matt KendallFederico Gonzalez Lago is the founder of IT services startup Bellasoft, which he launched in Montevideo, Uruguay in January 2018.
After working for more than 10 years at companies like Globant, ISA, and Technolab Corp, Federico learned the ins and outs of software development outsourcing, which motivated him to go it alone with his own company.
Federico has managed multi-disciplinary, distributed technology development teams on projects for clients in various different industries, such as energy, financial, retail, and government.
“Here’s my secret sauce,” he writes on his LinkedIn profile, “really care about people, work hard together, bleed together, celebrate together. That’s me in a nutshell.”
During his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, playing bass guitar, or playing sports.
