Jon Browning has 27 years of experience managing global BPO strategy, and was responsible for the global sourcing strategy for customer support at Microsoft. He is currently the CEO at Strategic Sourcing Advisors.
As part of Microsoft’s contact center provider strategy, Jon led a US$600 million global contact center consolidation initiative. He also worked closely with NGOs and suppliers to promote job creation.
Jon is a co-founder of the Contact Center Buyers Forum and co-creator of the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition, which has a membership of around 850,000 BPO workers.
He is currently partnering with Asociacion Colombiana de Contact Centers y BPO and other Central American BPO entities to promote impact sourcing for the BPO industry in Central and South America.
