Faces in the Crowd – Sam Ebenezer

Serving as the Country Head in Costa Rica for IT services giant Infosys, Sam Ebenezer is a senior executive with more than 14 years of experience in the sector.

Sam took the lead on setting up a 200 member team in Costa Rica when Infosys first entered the market, and is reportedly doubling company revenues year on year.

He has managed multiple client operations, as well as working with service delivery, account management, people, compliance, and technology roadmaps.

Prior to his move to Costa Rica, Sam was a Senior Delivery Manager for Infosys Mexico in Monterrey for almost two years, and an Operations Manager before that.

He acquired his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management at Bangalore University in 2002.
