Philippine-based BPO firm MicroSourcing has expanded its global footprint into Latin America, opening a new service delivery center in Bogotá, the capital of Colombia.
While the company has not disclosed the number of employees it plans to hire, it confirmed that all recruits will undergo comprehensive training during the initial phase of operations.
“As a proud Colombian, I deeply celebrate the talent, creativity, and spirit of our people,” said José Vásquez, Country Leader for Bogotá at MicroSourcing. “Our Bogotá team will deliver operational excellence and showcase the unique potential of Colombian professionals.”
Founded in 2004 in the Philippines, MicroSourcing pioneered the build-to-scale and managed solutions model, enabling global companies to establish dedicated offshore teams tailored to their needs. The company currently operates delivery centers in Manila and Cebu.
Its parent company, the Probe CX Group, headquartered in Australia, is among the largest outsourcing providers in the Asia-Pacific region, serving over 400 clients across 18 countries.
In a press release, MicroSourcing highlighted Colombia’s strong outsourcing growth story — the BPO sector now generates around US$2.6 billion in annual revenue and employs roughly 700,000 people nationwide.
With its Bogotá launch, MicroSourcing aims to leverage Colombia’s bilingual workforce and the time-zone alignment with its U.S. clients.
