Matt KendallIAOP, in collaboration with Avasant, has launched a survey to unearth the perceptions of gender equality, empowerment and opportunities for women in the outsourcing industry.
The Women Empowerment and Opportunity Survey is designed to identify where and how outsourcing has internationally empowered the lives of women, both inside and outside the workplace, and then shed light on the areas the need improvement.
“This initiative begins to build the stage to make improvements and bring equality to the workplace in every corner of the world,” says the introduction to the survey.
