IBM is partnering with American IT integrator TD Synnex to launch a technology center in Brazil.
Located on IBM’s São Paulo campus, the so-called center of excellence (CoE) will serve as a remote hub dedicated to the co-creation of innovative digital solutions with regional clients and partners.
The CoE will initially employ around 25 professionals in various countries across the region.
IBM’s subsidiary Red Hat, which specializes in hybrid cloud and data orchestration, also joined the initiative, agreeing to provide access to its software, storage and solutions.
The companies involved will also offer support in areas such as upskilling programs, access to cutting-edge tools and assistance with solution commercialization.
“We are excited to bridge the gap between technology creators and market channels,” said Otavio Lazarini, President of TD Synnex Latin America.
“Innovative solutions not only streamline operations but also unlock new growth opportunities, enhancing long-term competitiveness,” added Tonny Martins, IBM’s regional leader.
