Nexus 2023: Evolution and Strategies for a Global Remote Working Model

Remote work is here to stay, but not in the ways predicted a couple years ago.

As the COVID-19 pandemic fades into bitter memory, many of the changes that it brought to the labor market have had enough time either to consolidate into a new normality or return to the pre-pandemic status quo. While remote work models are much more prevalent than before, the jury’s still out on whether it is a passing trend, the norm for the immediate future or something in between.

In a panel moderated by NSAM Managing Director Kirk Laughlin, a trio of executives took part in the discussion about remote working models. The group –composed by WeWork Senior Manager for Global IT, German Jausoro; EY Markets Transformation Leader, Fabiano Rosa; and Tech Sourcing and Vendor Management Global Head Harold Bolton– shared their views on  the current state of such models, their benefits and shortcomings, etc., with the Nexus 2023 audience.
