Nexus 2024: Catching Up to Global Staffing

As is generally the case, innovation can be too fast for its own good.

Global staffing is here to stay. And yet, it seems as if much of the infrastructure that sustains international business operations is dragging its feet, becoming an obstacle for a truly global labor marketplace to develop freely.

“We’re working in a very innovative, borderless way, but benefits, compensation, payment methods, all of these things haven’t caught up yet,” stated Arin Sime, CEO of AgilityFeat and WebRTC.ventures, during his participation at Nexus 2024.

The nearshore staffing model has evolved beyond its own basic premise. Clients understand nearshoring and feel comfortable with it. Now, they want something more. What is it that they’re looking for? How can nearshore vendors understand and fulfill that demand?
