NSK Americas Hires Ci&T to Deploy New Enterprise System

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Ci&T, a technology outsourcing and software product engineering company, today announced that NSK Americas, Inc. has engaged Ci&T for deployment of a mission-critical enterprise system in its commercial business.

For the project, Ci&T will leverage its unique combination of Lean principles and value engineering to deploy the system at multiple NSK business units across the Americas, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States.

When seeking to replace its previous enterprise system, NSK faced a challenge. The company needed to roll out the new solution without disrupting existing business processes, while implementing new operating procedures that would be standardized across its business units in the Americas. Ultimately, NSK determined that the enormity and complexity of the project required it to choose an implementation partner that possessed the business agility to help deploy the solution without negatively impacting business performance.
