The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) partnered with CINDE, Costa Rica’s Investment agency, to conduct the third Latin America Outsourcing Summit last week in San Jose. In the words of some observers, Costa Rica has become a leading hub of Nearshore outsourcing – and for that reason, the event featured some robust discussions on such issues as talent development, public-private partnerships, maturity of providers and performance of trade promotion agencies.
