Trump Wrestler Taking Mexican Lucha Libre by Storm

An American pro wrestler is making a name for himself in Mexico City by adopting a pro-Trump persona in the Lucha Libre ring.

Sam Polinsky, aka Sam Adonis, enters the ring waving an American flag with Trump’s face on it, and wears spandex pants emblazoned with his image when he fights, creating a villain that wrestling fans love to hate.

“Right now, I would be considered by the Mexican public as the most malicious bad guy they have,” Polinsky reportedly said before a match.

Even so, in true Mexican fashion, those same fans angrily jeering and yelling during the match are the first to say “great show” to the wrestler afterwards, highlighting the country’s welcoming nature.
