This month, Mexico-based contact center provider Beliveo celebrated its third anniversary, and is looking ahead to the completion and launch of a Monterrey center, which will be operational early next year.
During the last three years, the company has grown to serve three lines of business with over 1,200 collaborators through operations in Guadalajara and a support and corporate center in Monterrey.
