US customer services provider Concentrix is bulking up in Brazil by adding 200 more staff to its delivery centers in Sao Paulo.
All new recruits will be trained in call center services for up to four weeks, stated the company in a press release.
Concentrix is set to launch another delivery center in Sao Paulo later in March, with plans to employ approximately 1,000 people in the first half of 2018.
This would be the company’s second contact center in a space of 10 months following the inauguration of a site in Fortaleza last May.
The Fremont, California-based firm has barely been in Brazil for three years, but it has already employed more than two thousand people across four sites in the country, with three of the sites located in the state of Sao Paulo.
Company officials claim that Concentrix’s Brazilian operations doubled in size last year. Local job board Love Mondays has ranked Concentrix among the 50 ‘most loved’ firms by jobseekers.
“We are very happy to recognize our efforts in the workplace because we are truly fanatical about our team and we believe in developing people, so we cultivate the talents of our employees and prepare them to grow within the company,” says Daniel Moretto, Country Manager at Concentrix in Brazil.
Considering reports in local media, Concentrix is pushing higher level services such as analytics, robotic automation, and digital transformation services. Most of its clients are in sectors including banking & financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and e-commerce.
