American business process outsourcing (BPO) major Concentrix has inaugurated a large delivery center in Lima, reinforcing its expansion in Peru and committing to add up to 700 employees to its local workforce.
Speaking to local media, Manuel Díaz, Concentrix’s Vice President for Latin America, said the company recorded 18% growth in Peru in 2025 and plans to hire 700 employees in the country alone.
The US-based company, which operates in 70 countries worldwide, said the Peru facility will deliver both BPO and technology services.
According to CTOPeru, Concentrix is actively seeking bilingual professionals and is also preparing to provide customer service support to Japanese companies. Díaz noted that Japanese-language services can be delivered more cost-effectively from Peru than from Japan itself, creating fresh opportunities to serve the Japanese market from the region.
Concentrix entered Peru in 2023 with the launch of its first Lima office, followed by a delivery center in Santa Luisa. The newly inaugurated facility is located in San Isidro, one of Lima’s upscale business districts.
The San Isidro office spans five floors and is fully equipped with modern infrastructure to support advanced technology and digital services, Díaz said.
