Conduent Jamaica Appoints Leroy Reid as New CEO

Conduent Jamaica, formerly Xerox Business Services, has named Leroy Reid as its new CEO.

“Jamaica is home to one of Conduent’s largest delivery centers and our employees are key to the success of our operations,” said Reid. “As CEO, I will focus on improving our operational excellence and delivering a benchmark employee experience, to the benefit of both customers and employees alike.”

Prior to joining Conduent, Reid held several leadership positions in sales for the ICT sector, as well as vice president of operations and other management levels.

Reid, who was previously the Jamaica country leader for the company, will continue to be based in Montego Bay and report to Christine Landry, group chief executive for Consumer and Industrials.
