CoreX Bets on Mexican Talent with Volteo Digital Takeover

American ServiceNow consultancy CoreX has acquired its Mexican competitor, Volteo Digital, in a strategic move to leverage Mexican talent.

Guadalajara-based Volteo Digital, an official ServiceNow partner in Mexico, specializes in hands-on training for junior engineers. In 2024, the company launched its RiseUp initiative, aiming to train one million people on the ServiceNow platform by year-end.

Volteo operates a Center of Excellence in Guadalajara and has delivery centers in Costa Rica and Spain as well. “Volteo Digital’s Center of Excellence in Guadalajara has set the standard for ServiceNow delivery excellence in our region,” said Enrique Upton, President & General Manager of ServiceNow for North Latin America.

The company offers end-to-end implementation and consulting services, along with nearshore managed services and training programs. Analysts note that the acquisition adds approximately 100 consultants to CoreX, strengthening its expertise in financial services and telecom—both key sectors for ServiceNow.

For Pennsylvania-based CoreX, this marks its second acquisition. Reports indicate the company plans to raise around $200 million over the next two years for further expansion.

CEO Rick Wright told CRN that establishing a delivery center within the Americas time zone is crucial for CoreX, as cost advantages in traditional talent markets like India have diminished.
