Infosys Celebrates Diversity and Growth in Costa Rica

Since launching in Costa Rica in 2013, Indian IT services giant Infosys has been able to develop a strong and diverse team from all walks of life.

Its Costa Rica delivery center serves seven clients and supports multiple languages, as well as boasting one of the youngest, most multi-cultural workforces in the company, according to Sam Ebenezer, Head of the Costa Rica Delivery Center.

At one point, the company had about 11 nationalities working together at the center, and the average age is around 27-28. Women leaders and managers also account for 50% of the leadership team.

“We have always acknowledged and celebrated our differences and bring the best out of each individual, no matter the orientation,” said Ebenezer in an interview.
