Monica leads the processes for recruitment and HR services and develops and tracks KPIs in order to improve team efficiency. She is also responsible for compliance of service level agreements as well as budget allocation and control for the operations department.
A student of Business Administration at Tecnológico de Monterrey and the EGADE Business School, Monica excels at team leadership, business strategy, and negotiations.
