Dominican Republic has just gained access to a new service that helps agents and job seekers to find work at call centers.
Callcenters.com.do is an online database that stores information on contact center companies, allowing agents to compare and choose job offers and view ratings of each call center, as well as receive notifications about job offers, benefits, and salaries.
The platform officially began operations on Monday, December 12 and currently includes info on 29 call centers. The site allows companies and workers to add details on salaries, work environments, benefits, schedules, and job opportunities.
“We want people who have worked in a call center to have the option of leaving their rating, so they can help interested people choose the best job option,” said portal co-founder, Joan Dajer.
