Convergys Donating Toys to Disadvantaged Children for Every New Hire

Global customer service provider Convergys has pledged to donate toys to underprivileged children in Colombia for every new employee they hire in December.
The company has opened 120 new positions for immediate hire, each of which will lead to a toy donation in the “Share the Gift of Joy” campaign. 
“We promote businesses, programs, and practices that offer greater economic and social opportunities for all, which is why this social project brings us much joy and hope that will be transmitted to children at this time,” said Eugenia Rojas, Communications Manager for Convergys in Latin America.
Convergys has more than 130,000 employees, 9,000 of which are based in Costa Rica, Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic.
