Faces in the Crowd – Allison Sagraves

Allison Sagraves has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and consulting, and is currently the Chief Data Officer of M&T Bank based in Buffalo, New York.
Ms. Sagraves has held leadership positions in many areas including risk, technology, finance, and operations and has led many enterprise change initiatives.
Prior to joining M&T, she worked for Barclays Bank, American Express, Deloitte, and served as a member of The White House staff during the Bush administration.
Ms. Sagraves has an MBA from Harvard and a B.A. cum laude from Smith College. She is a frequent speaker on a range of business topics, and serves on several non-profit boards in education and the arts.
