Matt KendallRossana García is a Senior Software Engineer and Certified Scrum Master at Belatrix Software in Peru, where she was one of the first people to join the company’s Lima facility.
After graduating from Cibertec in 2011, she joined Belatrix and continued to study at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences alongside her work.
Rossana has been determined to succeed in the tech world since her teenage years and has good advice for other aspiring female developers.
“In some situations you may still have to fight to achieve everything you want, but it’s a really nice career choice — with the boom in technology, there are lots of options,” she said in an interview with CEO Alex Robbio.
