Faces in the Crowd – Salil Dani

Salil Dani is a Vice President in Everest Group’s Global Sourcing practice. In this role, he leads client engagements across a broad range of topics, such as location optimization, global in-house centers (GICs), shared services, benchmarking, peer intelligence, and talent strategy.

Salil leads a team of analysts that tracks more than 200 global locations and analyzes trends in global services. In addition, he also manages Everest Group’s flagship research subscription Market Vista, which comprises comprehensive research on global services market trends and insights.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Salil was a Senior Consultant at KPMG, where he worked on multiple consulting engagements in IT/ITES, infrastructure, consumer durables, and telecom industry verticals.

Salil holds an MBA (Chairman’s Medalist) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
