Faces in the Crowd – Sharon Brown

Hailing from Jamaica, Sharon Brown is President of Shadrok Global Business Solutions, a consulting and outsourcing company providing end to end human resources and financial management services.

A student of Harvard Business School, Sharon is an experienced and accomplished business management professional with a track record in human resources, finance, and operations functions.

Her competencies and skills include change management, leadership coaching, talent development, HR partnership, talent recruitment, strategic planning, financial analysis, accounting (payroll, payables, and receivables), budgeting and cost management.

Prior to Shadrok, Sharon was Human Resources Director at Vistaprint Jamaica and HR Manager and Financial Controller with Alcoa World Alumina company (JAMALCO).
