Faces in the Crowd – Terry Rybolt

Based in Toronto, Terry Rybolt is the current CEO of Teleperformance Canada, where he has been an invaluable contributor toward the company’s growth for the last eight years.

As well as amassing over 20 years’ experience with operating, managing, and marketing to technology companies, Terry has more than 15 years of BPO industry experience and is a subject matter expert in workforce optimization, call segmentation, and operational analysis.

During his time at Teleperformance, Terry has worked with acquisition integration, consulted with clients on growth solutions, among other things, and is now responsible for more than 5,000 employees at the company.
