A.J. supports Symphony’s existing client portfolio, acting as an advocacy proxy to better represent client perspectives and enable continuous improvement.
As a participant of the IEEE initiative, A.J. worked with multiple organizations to standardize and define automation industry terminology. He has nearly 30 years’ healthcare experience with past roles in operations, insurance claims processing, and provider outreach programs working with Ascension Health, Anthem Insurance, and others.
