Faces in the Crowd: Allison Cole Philbert

Digicel’s new Chief Executive Officer in Jamaica is Allison Cole Philbert. Cole Philbert’s appointment will commence at the end of July, replacing Justin Morin, who is leaving the company after two years. Cole Philbert joined Digicel in February as Digital Programme Director, drawing on her more than 20 years of experience with US carrier, Verizon.

She said in a statement about the promotion: “As we go all in on digital, we’re all about powering and empowering our customers by giving them access to everything they want in their digital world and enabling them to live their best digital lives. I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to lead the talented and dynamic Digicel Jamaica team as we take this journey with our customers and reinvent our business for our digital future.”
