Faces in the Crowd: Andrés Molina

In a drive to increase recruitment in Latin America, Andrés Molina has been appointed as VP of talent acquisition for Growth Acceleration Partners (GAP), a U.S.-based software delivery partner. Molina will be focused on recruiting value-aligned candidates to GAP’s  team of software engineers in Latin America, as part of their job creation efforts in the region.

Molina said in a statement that recruitment efforts would be redesigned to enhance the candidate’s experience through multichannel communications and interactive open office experiences and better relate to their needs through the various stages of the interview and onboarding process. The company already has Centers of Excellence in Curridabat, Cartago and San Carlos, Costa Rica as well as Medellín and Bogotá, Colombia. Molina brings a wealth of experience in international business development, having founded Global Manager Consulting, a multicultural management consulting company.
