Matt KendallMarco Alexandre de Lima Santos, Managing Director for Latam Region at GFT Technologies, marks his fifth year with GFT in Brazil this month, giving him a chance to reflect on both his accomplishments and the work of GFT.
When asked about what he really values, he cites “transparent, clear communication, strong weekly meetings to align agile management priorities, retaining focus, and ‘walking like you talk’ when delivering on your commitments”.
His goal is for GFT to be recognized by the market as “The Reference in Digital for Financial Services” and cross the 1,000 employee mark in Brazil.
