In his role as nearshore services managing director for NEORIS Mexico, Carlos A. Díaz Elizondo oversees a team that designs SAP and custom-built application services to manufacturing customers across the world. He has been with the company for 15 years — and knows the next 15 will be even more challenging. Clients are increasingly moving into agile nearshore services “while their business models and needs keep changing at faster paces than ever.” But he has always taken pleasure in working to overcome such hurdles with people of various cultures, from the United States and Mexico to Argentina and Hungary. “Differences are not obstacles, but valuable learning opportunities,” said Diaz. “So I consider myself very fortunate to being exposed to this rich diversity on a daily basis.”
