Matt KendallRyan de Borger is Head of Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Canada and currently leads the Global Strategic Partnership Program at Citi, which he joined back in 1999.
Prior to his current role, Ryan was the Citi Procurement Services Head for Canada between 2007 and 2014, where he led the team transformation to a Global operating model for Procurement and Shared Services and established a unified Strategic Sourcing organization.
From 2005 to 2007, Ryan led Citibank Canada’s Procurement and General Services teams to deliver procurement, travel, logistics, records management, mailroom, and food services. Before that, he led Citibank Canada’s Procurement department, identifying critical leverage opportunities and engaging NA Procurement teams to strengthen leverage and buying power.
