Santiago Priario is a well-seasoned leader of multinational IT and BPO, accumulating more than 17 years of experience while living in different Latin American countries and working on multi-location project execution models.
As the Head at the Tata Consultancy Services Delivery Center in Uruguay, Santiago is responsible for managing end-to-end operations for TCS in the country, leading business growth, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
His main strengths are oriented to multi-cultural team building, customer relationship, and software engineering processes, such as production support based on ITIL best practices.
