In an interview with the Miami Herald, Alejandro Mainetto, SVP & Partner at Argentinian software giant Globant shed some light on the firm’s focus in the Florida city, stating it would likely become a tech hub for the Americas.
“We came to Miami because we believed in the city, the clients we could serve, its growing talent, and especially its potential and what Miami could become one day,” he said.
The company has been active in Miami for eight years, working with several corporations in travel and hospitality, financial services, and healthcare, which are all big industries in Miami.
“We are currently working with many of the largest leaders in cruise lines, hospitality, entertainment, and software,” said Mainetto, who also praised Florida’s ease of doing business.
