Helm360 Invests $6.5 Million in Costa Rica; Launches New Tech Center

Tech and BPO firm Helm360 launched a new technology center in the city of San Isidro, Costa Rica.

The California-based company stated that the investment for this new facility and its most recent Costa Rican expansion reached US$6.5 million.

The facility, spanning over 400 square meters, is already operational and employs 100 staff members. Helm360 anticipates an additional 30 hires by the end of the year. The company is particularly interested in bilingual candidates with a strong background in database technology.

The tech center boasts advanced security features, including a biometric entry system and dedicated conference rooms.

The company often hires less experienced individuals, providing them with extensive, nearly six-month training programs. Employees are also provided with competitive benefits package which include private insurance, wellness programs and performance-based bonuses.

Helm360 has been in Costa Rica since 2019. It offers mainly business management solutions, providing tech support and consulting services to clients in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Founded in 1997, Helm360 also offers cloud and data management services, in addition to marketing and HR management.

“Our aim is to cultivate a skilled workforce in San Isidro, capable of excelling in high-demand fields such as business intelligence, cybersecurity, and DevOps,” said Raminder Singh, Helm360’s Founder and CEO.
