Chilean IT startup Forma is teasing large plans for expansion across Latin America.
Forma informed that it will open delivery centers in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, though the company has yet to specify in which cities it will be planting its flag.
Forma is a subsidiary of Chilean firm Moov Media Group. It was founded in 2010, employs approximately 250 people and offers a broad range of IT services, including IT integration, advanced analytics, custom software development and cybersecurity solutions.
According the Chilean press, Forma has steadily climbed the value chain by building strong relationships with local businesses, helping them integrate platforms such as HubSpot, Connectif and AWS.
Forma’s first international expansion took place in early 2023, when it opened a delivery center in San Isidro, Costa Rica, which currently employes around 50 people.
While the majority of Forma’s workforce is based in Chile, the company serves clients in Brazil and Venezuela, primarily in the retail, finance and education sectors. Notable clients include global brands such as Pfizer and Procter & Gamble.
In addition to Forma, the Moov Media Group also operates two other subsidiaries focused on digital media and advertising.
