Render Farm Studios, a digital production company based in Mexico, this week celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking an important milestone for one of the country’s first virtual reality (VR) developers.
In the last decade, the company has helped produce four international video games, two of which were for Sony’s PlayStation, as well as publishing the first Mexican VR video game on Steam.
Its teams also produced three documentaries and two animated shorts, and worked on the visual effects for five feature films.
Over the years, the company has trained more than 500 people in animation and visual effects through a program called “Mexico First“, a project created by the World Bank to stimulate training in the IT sector.
