Latin America and Caribbean was among the most impacted regions of the world by the arrival of Covid-19, with Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Colombia suffering some of the highest death rates in the world.

Naturally, business processes were affected. Here, Craig Dempsey, co-founder and managing director of Biz Latin Hub, a company that provides combined legal and back-office services to help clients expand into the region, explains the reasons behind renewed interest in Nearshore. Craig touches upon Covid-19, social unrest and emerging markets to draw out insights he has gained over the past 18 months.
