Founded 2010 in Chatsworth, California, Advancio is a custom software development and IT consulting company with a team in Ensenada, Mexico.

The company offers services for QA, UI/UX, enterprise software development, mobile apps, website development, SaaS apps, cloud architecture, IT consulting, IT support, project management, and staff augmentation.

Founders Karim Jernite and Josie Lopez, both Cal State Northridge alumni, employ 30 employees in Ensenada, Baja California, where the company host annuals hackathons through a community outreach program called WeCanCode.

The company is currently moving into a new office building that will support 200 employees in the city, and is confident in the talent available in that area of Mexico.
