Unified contact center technology solutions vendor Noble Systems Corporation has acquired TelStar Hosted Services, Inc, a CaaS contact center technology provider that offers blended services, predictive dialer capabilities and automated voice messaging.
Financial details of the deal are yet to be revealed.
Under the agreement, TelStar’s CEO James P. Dunn will join Noble Systems to lead transition efforts, and TelStar will add to its offerings Noble Systems’ cloud-based and hybrid premise/cloud solutions.
TelStar is one of a few multi-vendor hosted call center solutions providers offering a full product line of call center software solutions as a service. The company has won the 2010 Communications Solutions Product of the Year award and the 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer award.
“As an established market leader in hosted contact center services, we are well-positioned to integrate TelStar Hosted’s assets and technology and help its customers succeed on day one,” said James K. Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems.
“TelStar Hosted clients are gaining more than just security and support as a result of this transition,” said Dunn. “Noble Systems is investing significant resources in anticipating the challenges and opportunities their clients face and working with them to find solutions.”
