Nortal Acquires Nearsure, Strengthening Nearshore Capabilities

Estonian digital transformation specialist Nortal has acquired Nearsure, a nearshore IT services provider headquartered in the U.S., marking a significant expansion of its operations across the Americas.

While Nearsure is based in the United States, the majority of its 600 professionals are distributed across 18 Latin American countries. The company specializes in enterprise SaaS, low-code platforms, and AI-driven solutions, with a client base that includes Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Nortal plans to leverage Nearsure’s nearshore delivery model to enhance scalability, speed, and proximity for clients across key infrastructure sectors such as healthcare, financial services, government, and communications.

“This is a major milestone for Nortal in the Americas,” said Alain Dias, CEO, North America at Nortal. “Together with Nearsure, we’re enhancing our AI, cybersecurity and enterprise transformation capabilities while boosting delivery speed and agility.”

Founded in 2018, Nearsure will be fully integrated into Nortal’s U.S. operations and rebranded by the end of 2025.
