Provana Enters Latam With Acquisition of Neostella’s Staffing Business

India-born BPO and compliance services provider Provana has entered the Latin American market through the acquisition of Neostella’s staffing business, adding teams located in Colombia and the United States.

Though headquartered in Lisle, Illinois, Provana’s major workforce is based in the Indian cities of Noida and Bangalore.

The deal expands Provana’s talent footprint into the nearshore region, enabling the company to support North American clients with bilingual and multilingual staff in overlapping time zones.

Neostella’s staffing arm supplies remote agents and legal support personnel to global clients. Although the companies did not disclose the financial terms or the number of employees transferring, industry reports indicate that the unit employs roughly 200–300 people, primarily in Medellín and Mexico City.

The acquisition aligns closely with Provana’s core revenue streams in compliance and legal process support. Neostella’s workers already handle legal workflows and are familiar with regulatory frameworks across Latin America, offering Provana an accelerated path to scaling its legal managed services business.

Provana said the move also opens the door to cross-selling opportunities, as both companies gain access to each other’s client base. “Expanding into Latin America strengthens our reach and creates an even more connected, efficient delivery model,” said Provana CEO Sandeep Bhargava.
