Saint Lucia’s New Caribbean Destination Resort is a Game Changer

Cabot Saint Lucia, a new luxury development on Point Hardy by Canadian developers Cabot, will feature a residential community, golf course and a 50-suite resort hotel. The development, which broke ground recently, is scheduled to open in 2021. Celebrated golf course designers Coore and Crenshaw will be developing the course and golfing facilities.

The residential properties on offer will comprise single-family homes, beachfront and bluff-top lots, and hillside townhomes, according to the Caribbean JournalResort and golf access form part of the property draw and prices range from over $750,000 to $10 million. The scale of the development is a game changer for the region and has the potential tone create a kind of model for this type of destination resort. Point Hardy is a 375-acre peninsula at the tip of Saint Lucia.
