Spain’s LLYC Acquires Majority Stake in Digital Solvers

Madrid-based marketing and communications firm Llorente y Cuenca has acquired a 60% stake in Brazilian customer service and communications provider Digital Solvers, marking a significant expansion in Latin America’s largest economy.

LLYC did not disclose the financial terms of the deal but said the acquisition price will be tied to Digital Solvers’ EBITDA performance over the next two years.

Founded in 2013, Digital Solvers operates contact centers in São Paulo, specializing in facilitating communication between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals.

Despite the acquisition, the Brazilian firm will continue to function independently under the leadership of its founders — Guilherme Corrêa, Luiz Marcelo Siqueira and Thiago Leal Teles.

LLYC, which has been active in Brazil since 2008, plans to integrate its existing operations with Digital Solvers, enhancing its suite of marketing and communication services.

The combined entity is expected to generate more than $7 million in annual revenue, serving over 90 clients with a workforce of 85 employees.
