TechGenies Expands Professional Services Outsourcing to Mexico

Professional services provider TechGenies has expanded to Mexico with the launch of a new delivery center at the Reforma Financial District area of Mexico City. The Texas-based firm has not disclosed how large its staff will be in Mexico, but it did reveal that the new facility will house a team of programmers, sales executives, customer service professionals, and project managers.
With this office, TechGenies will offer software and mobile solutions development services to not only businesses across Mexico but also Central and South America.
“Our new Mexico City location allows TechGenies to expand its nearshore software factory and its professional services outsourcing capacity in the Americas.” said Ahmad Al-Amine, CEO of TechGenies in a statement.
Operating for the past 10 years, TechGenies’s professional services outsourcing is somewhat unique in Latin America. It offers the service of its technology professionals, who write new software or customize existing software in accordance with the need of the client. Either they will serve alongside the client’s staff, or they write the software at TechGenies’ own office on behalf of the client.
“TechGenies will provide you with many qualified candidates to choose from but leave it up to you to make the final decision of which resources you would like to work with, as if you were hiring the people yourselves,” states the company’s website. “Our Genies jointly have over 400 man-years of experience in enterprise software development and have been developing world-class software solutions for more than 10 years.”
Going by its website, businesses can decide whether they need as few as one programmer or as many as 100 professionals. “If we do not already employ the resources required, then we will locate the talent and then hire them and train them,” says the outsourcer.
